The ACCAC and the ACUA umpires celebrate the success of Jason Rogers' assignment to the NJCCA World Series. Jason has a bright future in college baseball. He was just recently invited to the Mountain West Conference. Expect to see him working the NCAA World Series in Omaha one day. |

Each year the ACCAC / ACUA has a 2-day training seminar that directly focuses on the major emphasis of the NCAA rules and mechanics and the training needs of the umpires. |

With over 80 umpires, the members are separated into 4 groups. Three areas have training multi-media presentation with audio and video, along with other teaching tools to maximize each umpire's own ability. The fourth group reviews the NCAA test and has rules discussion. The training is extensive and fun for all. |
